Raven Renewables was established in 2021, by Raven Housing Trust, a Surrey based not-for-profit social housing provider. In 2021 we were named as one of the top sustainable housing providers – a leader in tackling climate change.
As a subsidiary of this sector-leading housing association, Raven Renewables is ideally placed to support other housing providers in their goal to achieving net zero carbon – after all, we’re on the same journey.
We’re able to share unique insights from our own experiences of installing renewables in our social housing properties. We’re pioneering the latest renewables innovations and monitoring solutions on our own stock, and we’re happy to share these insights with you.
Our first hand experiences mean that we can provide bespoke solutions to target your worst performing properties and save you the costs of expensive consultancy fees.

The net zero challenge
The UK government has set a clear and challenging goal to meet net zero carbon by 2050. To achieve this, housing associations need to work alongside the government to eliminate their emissions and improve energy performance.
By 2030, all social housing properties will be required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of C or above to mitigate the emissions and be resilient to climate change.
